SIEBER
Christian SIEBER, a Swiss-Ecuadorian national, is the founder and managing director of 3S CONSULTING. He is a development professional, with executive experience, a solid track record in sustainable trade, biodiversity and natural resource management,
private sector development and CSR. Before becoming an independent development consultant, Christian has been Director of Switzerland's Economic Cooperation in Colombia (SECO), and previously a successful multilateral negotiator for the Swiss Government in social development issues. He is an adept of the UN System and International Financial Institutions, skilled in multi-stakeholder processes and with long-standing experience in Project Cycle Management. Christian has strong intercultural and language skills (fluent in German, English, Spanish, French), and a broad professional network in Europe, Latin America and the USA.
